Hi, I’m Kristian. I was born in a small German town called Lübeck, and I currently reside in Portland, Oregon.

I was first introduced to metal detecting by my father after joining him in a detecting hunt in the woods. In that 5 hour journey, we found several silver coins.

After that initial foray into the hobby, I quickly became obsessed with finding more objects. I started by looking for coins and jewelry in the parks and gardens around Portland.

I now spend most of my free time hunting for treasure in the city, as well as in the surrounding areas. I’ve found jewelry, coins, and even a medieval blade all while enjoying some friendly competition with my friends.
